Responsibilities

• The UI/UX Designer is responsible for brainstorming and designing user experiences.
• Participate in researching, developing, and designing UI/UX for Websites, Mobile Apps, Dashboards for products according to requirements, based on user flow, sitemap, and general concept from the development team.
• Research and update the latest design trends, come up with design concepts based on market trends.
• Receive requests from clients, PM/BA/Leaders to analyze and develop UI/UX design solutions for software products.
• Refine mockups/prototypes based on feedback from users and team members in the development team.
• Directly participate in building user personas, user flows, flowcharts, and sitemaps.

Skills & Experience

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or equivalent positions related to product design.
• Solid understanding of general design principles, knowledge of fine arts is an advantage.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator…
• Proficient in PTS and Illustrator software to design logos and website banners
• 60% of work uses Graphic Design, 40% of work uses UI Design
• Knowledge of prototype tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of tech or business fundamentals is an advantage.
• Team spirit; communication skills to collaborate with relevant parties.
• Good time management skills.
